Your Garage Hits 150F in Summer. We make it usable again.

A ductless mini split cools your garage in 3-4 hours - no ductwork, no complex electrical, no cutting into your homes central system.

Starting at $2,895 fully installed

If your garage is too hot to uses, you're not alone

Every Phoenix homeowner knows the routine. You stop using your garage from May to September. Your tools bake, your gym goes unused, your projects sit unfinished. It doesnt have to be that way.

Why a Mini Split?

Your Workshop is a sauna

Workshop, gym, or project car - from May to September your garage is off-limits. Window units can't keep up when its 115 outside.

Heat Destroys Everything

Electric cars/golf carts, electronics, paint cans - if its in your garage, its baking. A cooled garage protects what you own.

Nothing else works here

Portable ACs, fans, swamp coolers, insulation alone - none of it works in the Phoenix deserts. A mini split is the only system rated for sustained cooling in extreme heat.

Not Central Ac,

Not a Window Unit

Built for Extreme heat

Mini Splits are rated to cool effectively even when it's 120+ outside. Portable units and window ACs tap out around 100.

No ductwork required

Your garage doesnt have ducts, and running them from your house is expensive and inefficient. A mini split mounts directly to the wall

Doesn't touch your home's system

Adding your garage to your central AC overloads the system and voids most warranties. A mini split runs on it's own circuit.

Energy efficient

iInverter technology ramps up and down instead of cycling on and off. Cool the garage only when you're using it - not 24/7

Mike Richard

Genuine Customer

"I couldn't work on my truck past 9 AM in the summer. They installed a mini split in my 2-car garage and now I'm out there all day. Best money I've spent on the house."

Sarah Mitchell

Genuine Customer

"We turned half our garage into a home gym. Without the mini split it was unusable. Elite Desert had it done in one morning."

Lisa Thompson

Genuine Customer

"I was skeptical a wall unit could cool a garage in Phoenix heat. It was 118° last week and my garage was 74°. I'm a believer."

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does a garage mini split installation take ?

Most garage installs take 2-3 hours. We mount the indoor head on the wall, place the condenser outside, and run a small line set between them. No ductwork, no major construction. You'll have cold air the same day.

Will a mini split actually cool my garage when its 115+ outside?

Yes, Mini splits use inverter compressors rated to operate at 120+ ambient temperature. Unlike window units and portable ACs that tap out around 100, a mini split ramps up to match the heat load. That's why they're the standard for desert cooling.

Do I need to upgrade my electrical panel?

In most cases, no. A mini split runs on a dedicated 20-amp or 30-amp circuit. If your panel has space for a new breaker - and most homes do - no upgrade is needed. We'll assess this during the quoting process.

How much does it cost to run a mini split in my garage?

Most homeowners see $20–$30/month added to their electricity bill when running the mini split regularly. Inverter technology means the unit only draws full power during initial cool-down, then ramps down to maintain temperature — so it's not running full blast 24/7.

Do I need to insulate my garage first?

It helps but it's not required. A mini split will cool an uninsulated garage — it'll just work harder. If your garage has no insulation at all, we may recommend a slightly larger unit. We'll factor this into your quote.

What if I want to heat my garage in the winter too?

Mini splits are heat pumps — they cool in the summer and heat in the winter. One unit, year-round climate control. Phoenix winters are mild, but if you're out in the garage at 5 AM in January, the heat mode keeps it comfortable without a space heater.
